How do you choose the videos?

Our Korea-based team personally reviews videos that are widely watched in Korea and selects those with clear context and natural, everyday Korean that learners can use.

Can I use the app now?

Not yet. iOS and Android are planned; a launch date hasn’t been confirmed. The screens show the planned app, not a working web trial.

What is fromkorea being built for?

Learning Korean through real video moments, understanding useful expressions and keeping the ones you want to use. The app is still in development.

Is fromkorea free?

Yes. The core experience will be free, including discovering, understanding and collecting Korean expressions. Optional deeper learning features may be offered separately later.

Privacy notice

Page views and form starts are stored only as aggregate counts, without an email address or browser ID. We store your email, page language and campaign source in Cloudflare’s database for up to 90 days to manage and measure the waitlist. Resend sends the emails; replies reach our Google Workspace inbox. Only confirmed addresses receive launch updates. You can unsubscribe and delete your request using your personal link. Optional usage analytics and Q&A notifications are separate. Styles and fonts load automatically from Google Fonts and, when 3D is supported, 3D files load from jsDelivr. These requests send your IP address and browser information to those services, independently of optional usage analytics consent.
